We advised CapMan and Kämp Group in the acquisition of Oy Union Hotels Ab comprising Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian and Hotel Lilla Roberts.
We acted as sole legal advisor to Kämp Group in the transaction. At the time of the acquisition, Hotel Lilla Roberts was under construction and an enlargement of Hotel Haven had been initiated, which increased the complexity of the deal.
