As part of the GDPR implementation project, our team has, among others, had in depth workshops with Skanska’s GDPR team that have aimed to ensure that Skanska’s data processing practices and procedures are compliant with the data protection legislation. We have also prepared and reviewed the necessary accountability documentation. Throughout the Project we have assessed Skanska’s data processing practices comprehensively and prepared a wide compliance report on Skanska’s practises. We have also provided legal analyses and assistance on wide range of other data protection related issues related to, for example, contracts, smart building and whistleblowing hotlines.
