Kreate’s acquisition of the share capital of SRV Infra

We advise Kreate, a leading Finnish infrastructure construction company, in its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of SRV Infra Oy, a subsidiary of SRV Group Plc. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately EUR 30 million. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. In connection with the transaction, Kreate and SRV Group Plc will enter into a long-term framework agreement concerning rock, foundation and concrete construction works related to building construction, as well as other infrastructure construction.
