We advised Verso Capital, a Nordic private equity firm specialised in carve-out investments, on the Finnish aspects of its acquisition of Schneider Electric's Fire & Security direct business and parts of its Building Management Systems direct business.

Following the completion of the separation from Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy business in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, Teira begins operations as an independent Nordic building performance provider. The company serves more than 7,500 customers, with core capabilities across Building Management Systems, Fire Safety, and Access Control.
