Vilma Kivilahti is a distinguished transaction lawyer specialising in M&A transactions, private equity, and venture capital investments. Her expertise encompasses strategic partnerships, including joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, and she has navigated complex international auction proceedings.
She also has substantial experience in advising developers, sponsors, and financiers on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, environmental services, fibre optic network expansions, and public-private partnerships (PPPs). Moreover, she regularly advises clients in the fields of digital assets and technology and the health sector.
Before joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Vilma Kivilahti worked with two top-tier Austrian law firms in the M&A and finance practice groups. As an Austrian-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) and a member of the Vienna Bar Association, she is also registered with the Finnish Bar Association’s EU register.
