	Acquisition by Colas of Destia We advise Colas, the listed France-based infrastructure group, in its acquisition of Destia from Ahlström Capital.
	Sale of Handelsbanken’s card acquiring business We acted as Finnish counsel to Handelsbanken on the sale of its card acquiring business to Worldline.
	Launch of co-operation between CapMan Infra and St1 and related acquisition of St1 Lähienergia Oy’s ground source heat plant portfolio We advise CapMan Infra in connection with the launch of its co-operation with St1 and the related acquisition of St1 Lähienergia Oy’s ground source heat plant portfolio.
	Acquisition by Ramudden and the Work Zone Safety Group of Trafino We advised Ramudden and the Work Zone Safety Group in their acquisition of Trafino.
	Acquisition by VENI Energy Group of Greene Finland Oy and Greene Sweden AB We advised VENI Energy Group in the acquisition of Greene Finland Oy and Greene Sweden AB.
	Acquisition by Storskogen of Buildercom We acted as Finnish counsel to Storskogen on the acquisition of Buildercom from Ceder Capital.
	Sale of Nordic Label to Asteria Group We advised Tilgmann in the sale of Nordic Label to Asteria Group.
