Roope Fredman

Roope Fredman advises international and domestic clients on issues related to data protection and cyber security, as well as technology and contract law, with a special focus on the implementation of data protection and information security management. He also specialises in data protection disputes, including administrative court proceedings.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, he worked at other leading commercial law firms in Finland, focusing on data protection, privacy, technology and communications law.

Roope Fredman serves as the Chair of the Finnish IT Law Association. He is also one of the few Finnish lawyers to be recognised as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, a designation for leaders in the privacy field.
