EG, a market leading vendor of industry-specific software, acquired Jydacom, a Finnish market leader of construction industry SaaS software which is used by half of the top 100 construction companies in Finland, from TietoEvry. The acquisition of Jydacom is part of a larger transaction in which EG acquired multiple software businesses from TietoEVRY.
