We advised Aedifica and Hoivatilat Oyj in the acquisition of a portfolio of ten healthcare properties in Finland from Ilmarinen mutual pension insurance company to a total value of approximately EUR 82 million.
Aedifica, incorporated in 2005, is a regulated real estate company under Belgian law (Belgian REIT) specialised in European healthcare real estate.
Earlier this year we have advised Aedifica and Hoivatilat Oyj in the acquisition of a portfolio of seven healthcare properties in Finland, as well as Aedifica in the public tender offer for all shares in Hoivatilat (EV 610 million) and the delisting of its shares from Nasdaq Helsinki.
Hoivatilat Oyj, founded in 2008, is part of the Aedifica group and specialises in producing, developing, owning and leasing out day care centre and nursing home premises, service communities and also schools.
