Aspo is a Finnish listed conglomerate with four subsidiaries, including Leipurin, the supplier of ingredients, machinery, equipment and production lines as well as related expertise to the baking and food industry. Kobia is a Sweden based bakery industry distributor with 2021 net sales of approximately EUR 50 million and 90 employees.

The acquisition will expand Leipurin’s geographical presence in the Northern European market and strengthen its position as a leading player in the Baltic Sea region.
