Co-operation between OP Finland Infrastructure and Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta

We advised a Finnish infrastructure fund OP Finland Infrastructure in the establishment of a joint venture with Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta to own and develop the fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure networks in Eastern Finland.

The joint venture intends to invest 80 million euros in the telecommunications infrastructure in the area.

OP Finland Infrastructure is a 250 million euro Finnish infrastructure fund managed by OP Asset Management and belongs to Finland's largest financial group OP Financial Group.
