We advised Ratos, the Swedish listed private equity investor, in its EUR 116 million acquisition of Finnkino, the leading movie theater operator in Finland and the Baltics, and the subsequent joint venture between Ratos and Bonnier AB, involving the merger of Finnkino and SF Bio.
