Sale of Suvia Group

We advise MB Funds on the sale of Suvia Group to a fund managed by Intera Partners.

Suvia Group is a unique combination of vehicle damage inspection and assessment services, collision repair services, and spare parts services. The company serves insurance companies, leasing operators, and vehicle users in Finland. Suvia Group comprises Incar Oy, Suomen Vahinkotarkastus SVT Oy and Autobodyparts Oy.

MB Funds, founded in 1988, is a leading Finnish private equity firm with an extensive track record and experience. MB Funds has managed over €0.5 billion in investments into approximately 40 high-quality mid-sized companies in the Nordics. The investors in MB’s funds are primarily pension institutions from Finland and other Nordic countries.

The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
