We have advised Veho on a group-wide data protection project, commenced to make sure that Veho’s data processing activities comply with the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, as of its application.
Our role has been to carry out a data protection audit covering Veho’s operations in Finland, as well as to draft written data protection documentation, including e.g. privacy policies, guidance and training material, and model contractual clauses.
The project has recently been expanded to Nordics and the Baltics, where our role is to coordinate the project. The documentation drafted in Finland will be used as a basis for similar data protection documentation in other Nordic countries and in the Baltics.
